The seven-part quality gate

How troubleshooting pages are built
We map the appliance’s actual operating systems, define the symptom, order checks by safety and information value, explain what each result suggests, and stop before procedures requiring specialized measurements or access. Brand-specific claims are avoided unless model documentation supports them.
How error codes are verified
The brand, appliance type and displayed code must match an official source. If any element is missing, the address is retained only as a noindex navigation page and is excluded from the XML sitemap and search dataset.
How cleaning and repair pages are filtered
The method must be chemically and physically compatible with the material. Room context must change the source investigation. “Stronger cleaner” and “cover it with paint” are not acceptable substitutes for identification, patch testing, moisture control and repair of the cause.
Automated audit
Each release checks canonical URLs, robots directives, unique titles, one H1, structured data, sitemap membership, internal links and minimum useful depth for indexable articles. The audit report ships with the release package.
Wave 1 publication standard
The Wave 1 expansion takes Fixopedia from 449 to 1,000 indexable URLs. New pages are limited to seven priority systems—washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range, water heater and air conditioner—and five page types: exact symptoms, components, maintenance, component-level cost planning and repair-or-replace decisions.
Each new content page includes a unique title, H1, description and canonical; system-specific safety boundaries; a diagnostic or decision sequence; contextual internal links; structured data; and model-manual/source verification language. No new brand-specific error codes were generated in this wave.
The build audit blocks duplicate titles, duplicate canonicals, broken internal links, orphaned new pages, missing sitemap entries and indexable pages marked noindex. Broad cost figures are labeled as planning models rather than live local quotes.
